Written scope first

Before development starts you get a written scope, a delivery plan and a price. No open-ended hourly billing.

One small team

The people who scope your project are the people who build it. No handover to another team once the contract is signed.

Turkish and English

Meetings, specifications and documentation in whichever language your team works in.

Everything in your name

Repositories, cloud accounts and domains are opened under your company from day one.

Where we usually come in

Does any of this sound familiar?

Most of the work we're asked to do starts from one of these six situations. If you recognise your company here, the first conversation is usually short and specific.

  • Your team spends hours every week moving data between tools by hand.

We map the flow once, then automate it — usually starting with the single most repeated task.

  • The business runs on spreadsheets only one person fully understands.

We turn that file into a real system with roles, history and reporting — without changing how the work is done.

  • Your CRM, accounting and operations tools don't talk to each other.

We build the integration layer between them, so the same record isn't typed in three times.

  • Your website no longer says what the company actually does.

We rebuild it around what you sell today — fast, findable, and editable by your own team.

  • You have a product idea and no engineering team to build it.

We take it from first sketch to launched product, and hand over code a future in-house team can pick up.

  • The software you already have is slow, fragile and expensive to change.

We modernise it in stages, keeping the old system running until the new one has proven itself.

What we build

Three kinds of work, one team behind all of them.

Most companies need more than one of these at the same time: the product customers see, the internal system behind it, and something keeping the two in sync. We build all three, which is why they end up genuinely connected instead of merely coexisting.

Digital products

What your customers see and use.

AI & automation

The work that shouldn't need a person doing it.

Custom software & systems

What holds the business together behind the scenes.

How we work

Six things that don't change, whatever we're building.

Studios mostly differ in how they run a project, not in what they claim about themselves. These are the parts of ours that go into the contract.

Scope before code

Discovery ends with a written scope, a delivery plan and a fixed price. If the scope changes later, the change is priced before it's built — never discovered on an invoice.

You talk to the engineers

There's no account manager between you and the people writing the code. The same team scopes the work, builds it, and answers your questions after launch.

Turkish and English, properly

Meetings, specifications and documentation in the language your team works in — and interfaces designed for both languages, not one machine-translated into the other.

Everything in your name

Repositories, cloud accounts, domains and third-party services are opened under your company from the first day. Nothing about the project is held hostage.

Built around what you already run

We integrate with the CRM, ERP and spreadsheets your team already knows, rather than asking everyone to abandon their tools on launch day.

Support after launch, in writing

Every project ends with documentation, a handover session and an agreed support period. Launch day is not the last day we're reachable.

What happens next

From your first message to a system in production.

Five stages. Each one ends with something you can read, click or use — so you're never asked to approve a stage you can't see.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

A 30–45 minute conversation about what you're trying to change and what's slowing it down today. Technical detail is welcome but not expected.

You getA written summary of the problem as we understood it.

  2. 02

    Scope and proposal

We break the work into deliverables, decide what belongs in the first version and what can wait, and put a price on it.

You getA scope document, a delivery plan and a fixed price.

  3. 03

    Design and architecture

Interface flows and technical architecture are decided together, so what gets designed is something that can actually be built and maintained.

You getClickable screens and a technical plan.

  4. 04

    Build

Development runs in two-week cycles. Each one ends with a working version on a test environment you can open yourself.

You getA running version every two weeks.

  5. 05

    Launch and after

We deploy to production, set up monitoring, train your team, and stay on through the agreed support period.

You getA live system, documentation and a support window.

Stack

Chosen per project, not per fashion.

These are the tools we work in daily. Which of them a project uses is decided during architecture, based on what you already run and who will maintain it afterwards.

Next step

Tell us what you're trying to build, fix or automate.

It doesn't need to be a specification. A few sentences about the problem are enough for us to say whether we're the right team — and what a sensible first step would be.

  • We reply within 24 hours, in Turkish or English.
  • The first call is 30–45 minutes and costs nothing.
  • If it isn't a fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
